David L. Jones David has been teaching for the Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District since the 2000-2001 school year. He is considered "Highly Qualified" under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement from the University of Alaska Southeast. He has a Type A Teaching Certificate from the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development. Additionally, Mr. Jones has a Masters in Educational Leadership with a Principal Endorsement for K-8 and 7-12 from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
